All Offerings
Scarlet Vineyards
Leaving Lake Stymphalia, we drive to Psari (Ψάρι) where a series of hikes begin at the village church and descend into the valley among olive groves and vineyards.
Our Lady of the Shelters
The November air is heavy with resin as we drive over the twisting roads. Passing through the small village of Steno (Στενό), I urge my friend to stop so I can drink from a spring that pours from the bark of an ancient plane tree.
Molten
With this playlist, I encourage you to experiment with feelings of liquid anger, the slow and heavy bubbling of a long-suppressed rage. Release the metal deposits of anger that encase your body and your heart. Warm them with movement and allow them to drip from your muscles, your skin, your hair. Like liquid metal — roll, roil, boil, and bubble across the floor .
Contract-Expand
Experiment with expansion and contraction while moving your body through space.
Seeing in the Dark
Turn off all the lights and press play. See what kinds of things your body wants to do in the dark.
Smoke and Ash
This playlist deals with the theme of intentional self-destruction — the necessary sacrifices we make in order to let go, move on, and start over. But what's really left when we set Fire to the person we used to be? Will we truly arise like a phoenix? Or will we just be smoke and ash?
Fire Visions
To celebrate the Fire Season, a playlist for igniting the Inner Eye. Close your eyes and journey into your own Fire Cave. What kinds of dreams, plans, new worlds can you imagine? What sorts of things would you like to set aflame? To let go? Or to ignite into being?
Your Mirror Holds Me
This is a playlist about the healing power of a Loving Witness. What happens when someone holds a mirror to our hearts? Can their acceptance help us forgive even the darkest parts of ourselves? Listen, dance, release. Hold space for your own heart.
Eclipsed
A playlist for when the Shadows of ourselves block out the Fire of Love, Acceptance and Creativity. Can we find the courage to Descend? To face our Shame, our Rage, our Sadness? Because a Dark Flame of Compassion always continues to burn — a secret Halo around our Hearts — even in the coldest of spaces.
