Shipping Policy

I ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most European Countries. Some products are only available in certain countries.

All physical items in my shop are print-on-demand. This means that when you place an order, the item is printed especially for you. Creating products on demand (instead of in bulk) helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Items are printed as local to you as possible, which means you likely will not pay any customs or import fees. (For example, if you live in the USA, your order will be printed and shipped within the USA; if you are in Europe, your order will likewise be printed and shipped within the EU). However, this cannot be guaranteed and all customs fees or taxes are your responsibility.

Shipping is free on many items; you can view up-to-date shipping prices for your region during the checkout process (after you've entered your shipping address and before you confirm your purchase).

Estimated delivery in most cases is between 5-10 business days. That delivery time includes order processing, production, and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Items may be created and shipped from separate printing centers, which means your order may arrive in 2 or more separate shipments, at no extra cost to you. If this is the case, you will receive separate order and tracking numbers for each shipment.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please notify me at shop@mkarakitsou.com within 15 days of receiving your package(s). In most cases, a refund or replacement will be shipped to you, but please review my Refund and Returns Policy here for more information.
