Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Items

All physical items in my shop are print-on-demand. This means that when you place an order, the item is printed especially for you. Creating products on demand (instead of in bulk) helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Because the items are printed personally for you, replacements and/or refunds are issued only if you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged item. Exchanges and returns are not possible. Please refer to the product description and/or sizing guide to be sure you order the correct item and/or size. If you have questions before placing your order, feel free to contact me here.

If there is a problem with your order, please email me at shop@mkarakitsou.com within 15 days of receiving your package with the following information:

  1. your order number (included in the email you receive after purchase)

  2. a detailed description of the problem you are having

  3. photograph(s) of the incorrect, incomplete, or damaged item

I will do my best to respond to you within 3 business days.

Digital Products and Downloads

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges offered on digital products. If you are experiencing issues accessing or using your digital downloads, please contact me at shop@mkarakitsou.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are having. I will do my best to respond within 3 business days.

Donations

There are no refunds for donations.

Patronage and Monthly Subscriptions

There are no refunds for completed monthly payments on subscriptions or patronage. However, you can cancel your membership at any time in order to prevent future charges.
